Publikationen an der Hochschule Macromedia

Die Hochschule Macromedia fördert die Bereitschaft der Professorinnen und Professoren sowie von wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern für wissenschaftliche Publikationen; dies soll dem Austausch der Lehrenden mit der Scientific Community sowie der Vergrößerung des Netzwerkes dienen. Dazu ist auch eine Würdigung des Kollegiums durch die Vergabe von Rewards vorgesehen. Unter wissenschaftlichen Veröffentlichungen werden insbesondere Publikationen z.B. in Journals verstanden, die dem in der Wissenschaft üblichen double-blind-peer-review-Verfahren unterliegen.

Veröffentlichungen im Fokus

Environment, Social und Governance – wie berichten Organisationen in Deutschland über ihre ESG-Aktivitäten? Gemeinsam mit goetzpartners haben Prof. Dr. Dr. Castulus Kolo und weitere Professoren die derzeitige ESG-Berichterstattung in Deutschland untersucht. Gegenstand der Betrachtung waren über 100 Organisationen aus der Privatwirtschaft sowie aus der öffentlichen Verwaltung und den christlichen Kirchen.

zur Studie

In seinem Buch „Markterfolg durch zukunftsfähige Entscheidungen“ beschreibt Macromedia-Professor Peter Gröndahl, wie sich wichtige, wirtschaftlich wirksame Entscheidungen erfolgreich treffen lassen. In volatilen, unsicheren, komplexen und mehrdeutigen Situationen braucht es dazu gleichermaßen Analyse und Methodik wie Intuition und Haltung – ob als Unternehmer oder als Privatperson.

In ihrem Aufsatz „Hochschule Macromedia: Konzeption von Lehre und Qualifikation von Lehrenden unter der Maßgabe digitaler Transformation“ beschreiben die Macromedia-Professor:innen Andreas Hebbel-Seeger und Annette Strauß, wie sich die während der Covid-19-Pandemie gesammelten Erfahrungen im Sinne einer „Good Practice“ verstetigen und als hochschuldidaktische Fortbildung weiterentwickeln lassen.

Aufbauend auf dem Konzept der ökonomischen Wertschöpfung und den charakteristischen Eigenschaften sozialer Medien erläutert Macromedia-Professor Castulus Kolo in diesem Beitrag die Auswirkungen der soziale Medien auf der Ebene der einzelnen Unternehmung, ganzer Wirtschaftsbereiche – insbesondere der Medienindustrien – bis hin zur Gesamtwirtschaft.

Das Lexikon der Musikberufe von Macromedia-Professor Martin Lücke (Hrsg.) lädt  zu einer neuartigen Reise in die Welt der musikalischen Praxis ein. Beschrieben werden in dem Lexikon mehr als 400 aktuelle und historische Berufe und Funktionen, in denen sich Musik als Kunst, als Handwerk, als Dienstleistung oder als Forschungsgegenstand präsentiert.

Zur Publikation

Wissen zu kommunizieren, stellt ethische Anforderungen an die Kommunikation zwischen Wissenschaft und Gesellschaft. Dazu haben Macromedia-Professorin Marlis Prinzing und ihre Co-Herausgeberinnen Claudia Paganini und Julia Serong einen Sammelband veröffentlicht. Der Band will Ressourcen aus der Medienethik nutzbar machen, um mehr Orientierung zu schaffen.
