Prof. Dr. István Fekete lehrt Statistik, Werbepsychologie und Psycholinguistik am Campus Köln. Nach der Promotion in Psycholinguistik an der TU Budapest war er ein Jahr lang wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Institut für Sprachwissenschaft der Ungarischen Akademie der Wissenschaften. 2013–2020 arbeitete er an der Universität Oldenburg als Dozent, Statistikberater und Postdoktorand.
