The 2022 annual conference of the European Media Management Association (EMMA) will be held in Munich, Germany, June 15-17, 2022. It will be hosted by Macromedia University of Applied Sciences. Macromedia-President Prof. Dr. Dr. Castulus Kolo and a team from the Macromedia media faculty led by Prof. Dr. Florian Haumer are planning the three-day conference program. Founded in 2003, EMMA is an association of academics and institutions that research and promote practice and contexts in European and international media management.
“We are very proud to host the EMMA Annual Conference 2022,” said Prof. Dr. Dr. Castulus Kolo. “Despite existing peculiarities of national media industries, a thorough understanding of media management in the digital age requires an international research perspective. Details will follow shortly. For now, we look forward to this year’s EMMA conference on ‘Media Management and Sustainability’ in Jönköping, Sweden, and wish the organizers every success.”
