Career Service facilitates a tandem relationship between a professionally experienced person (mentor) who shares their experience, skills and knowledge with a less experienced person (mentee) to support them in their professional and personal progress. Participate in the programme as a student /mentee and emerge from the process stronger and more focused.

At the annual Career Day, you get the chance to meet many renowned cooperation partners and establish contacts with companies. In addition to the career fair, you can also take part in inspiring workshops and exchange ideas with other students and alumni of Macromedia University.

Whether from the first or last semester, whether Bachelor or Master – we want to give our students the opportunity to look behind the scenes of various companies, independent of lectures. Join us on one of our company visits and gain exclusive insights into companies, their products and services.

The internship takes place at a time when the students have built up important future competencies and acquired professional basics. They are able to integrate themselves into the work processes of their internship companies and generate added value. Most students find this participation in team successes extremely motivating. For their part, the companies appreciate the students’ flexible deployment options and the opportunity to get to know potential junior employees in real working life.
 
Thus, the internship semester is a win-win situation for both sides. Accordingly, we attach great importance to maintaining this network. Through Career Service, Career Days and the Career Center, we make it easier for our industry and internship partners to network with students, alumni and faculty.
