Successful through a semester abroad

A special feature of the seven-semester bachelor’s degree programme is the permanently integrated semester abroad, which students spend at one of more than 20 foreign partner universities. Our partners are located on all five continents, in very different climates and cultures. They are among some of the most respected and award-winning universities in those countries. Above all, however, our partners enjoy our trust.
Before we conclude any partnership agreement, our partners undergo a mutual, thorough review of academic and operational standards. This allows us to define a foreign curriculum for each partner university, which guarantees our students the full recognition of foreign study achievements.

The basis of our trusted partnerships is the personal relationships that exist between institutions. Our students benefit from this trust in every phase of the exchange. In addition to staff members of the Macromedia University international office, representatives of the partner universities make themselves available in advance for personal meetings and advice.

Partner universities

Macromedia University has had extensive partnerships with universities in North and South America, Asia, Australia and Europe for many years. The range of partner universities available to students is therefore very diverse.

Erasmus

The general objective of the Programme is to support, through lifelong learning, the educational, professional, and personal development of people in education, training, youth and sport, in Europe and beyond, thereby contributing to sustainable growth, quality jobs and social cohesion, to driving innovation, and to strengthening European identity and active citizenship.
