Specialisation smart city design

This is about sustainable design and future concepts for modern cities: How will car-sharing, public transport and bicycle traffic develop, for example?

Design and management of urban services

What does a sustainable water and energy supply look like? What role do people play in this? This module focuses on these issues.

Into the Future with Smart City Design

The Smart City Design degree programme provides you with theoretically sound and practical expertise in urbanism, urban planning and development, architecture, and digital services in urban spaces.

It combines teaching content from economics, management, and design and provides you with tools to analyse requirements, opportunities and risks. Central topics include cutting-edge developments such as renewable energies, e-government, and autonomous driving.
